Prevention measures
- All hotel staff will follow a covid-19 training course
- Hydro-alcoholic gel will be provided for staff and guests at reception, the entrance to the restaurant and bar
- Our strict personal hygiene measures will continue, with an even more regular staff hand washing protocol
- Social distancing in the restaurant: pre-booked restaurant sitting times to limit number of guests in the restaurant at one time; tables will be distanced according to current guidelines
- Following strict Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) rules including: even more regular disinfection of kitchen work stations and tools
- Regular airing of all communal areas
- The regular disinfection throughout the day of frequently used surfaces and communal door handles
- More regular cleaning and disinfection of public WCs
- All surfaces disinfected and rooms fully aired during guest room changeovers
- Crisis management plan and coronavirus response team in place
- Guest information provided regarding prevention of spread of infection
- Guest communication policy regarding illness
Cancellation Policy – covid-19
We understand you may be concerned about booking your next ski holiday. Rest assured your reservation is secure with our new covid-19 cancellation terms.
For any cancellations made prior to your arrival and until the end of April 2023 due to travel restrictions relating to covid-19 either in France or your country of origin prohibiting travel to France, if as a staying guest you booked direct with us a full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. For agency reservations a credit note will be offered with a validity of 18 months from the cancellation date. If the credit note is not used within this time, the reservation will be refunded in full at the end of the 18 months.
